Build Purpose
A properly developed Mission Statement is essential in grounding an organization's roots and ensuring it does not stray from its true purpose. But organizations frequently confuse Mission and Vision. In most cases, it doesn't have any real impact because most organizations do not tangibly connect these statements with the day-to-day of its members. There is no line-of-sight between what they do and what the organization's purpose and aspirations are.
